Still no internet on Windows 10 VM

Disk Directory - failed: exit code 1
Hi, I am new to Proxmox and really struggling with this error "command '/sbin/mkfs -t ext4 /dev/nvme1n1p1' failed: exit code 1 " when trying to create a directory.
