Slow network on VM and ok with PVE Host

Hi, Can you explain to me why i have the speed difference from my desktop client to VM or PVE Host at the same time/nextwork condition (2 screen shot)? 20 mbits/30mbits to the PVE ISO store and less tan 10mbits to all linux VM (test to /tmp on a fresh debian 11 VM, its the same with Ubuntu...
