Windows10 vm using 90% of ram all the time

cannot find integrated network adapter during installation
i recently settled on trying to make a homelab centered around proxmox and have run into a snag. The ultimate goal is to have a storage server/nas vm as well as run a Windows 10 vm with gpu passthrough for the few utilities that dont carry over to linux.
