the other IP addresses are passed into the multipath config when you configure the storage - although proxmox only sees the one IP, the others are in the config

it would either prove or disprove that its the SATA controller to blame - Proxmox tech support say to use server grade hardware - i doubt that the nvidia SATA controller qualifies ;)

but you're only comparing 4 cores from each CPU - even if you config 2sx2c or 1sx4c in your VM, its still only 4 physical CPU cores in use, thats a whole 1.2Ghz difference for the AMD vs Intel... and thats on the AMD base speed NOT the 'turbo' boost CPU ;)

There are loads of people on the forum who have done the same ;) just be aware that you will/may need to buy some additional hardware if you want to use HA (fencing device) and also for a stable cluster you will need (in my opinion) at least 3 servers probably 4 :) have a read through the wiki...

rebuilt the box - used the pvecm add 192.168.15.33 -force command and still getting the error!
