What processor selection did you use? On my last test I used a Haswell selection and was able to install. Not sure why I left it at that, but its worth a try. I'm guessing once I got around the loop I left it alone. edit: Opps see that now in your config, but still worth a try.

Its great to have this forum. I too have had 2 occurrences this past week on 2 hosts. Updated last week, all 4 hosts had up time in excess of 90 days before the upgrade.

Not sure this is the same problem, but I have started to see errors when using the java console. They appear at random, and when stopping giving an error code. In this case console was open, I opened another one and this one gave an error. I have flushed java cache , removed vncviewer.jar...

I have started to see this as well, but I feel its my SAN environment I'm connected to (48TB Scale Computing) being rather cranky when it starts to become full. When I free up some room its ok. Adding 16TB soon so I should get a better idea.
