ok, I know I must be missing something obvious, but I can't make vzdump work well with ZFSonLinux (Same box solution). When I first ran into this, I figured, "I'll just enable snapshots on the ZFS side, and forget the backups", but now, 12 months later, I'd actually like to try to solve it...

I still think this is a great idea, and shouldn't be that hard to implement.. the hard parts, Framework, UI, etc, are already there.. But of course I'm not a proxmox dev either.

yes, it's a pain in the @$$ to work around.. I ended up converting GPT back to MBR, and doing it by hand... not fun... Guide needs to be updated.

Anyone else on the forum seen this issue with bind mounts into containers? several of my friends also run ProxMox, and they're seeing this as well.

I think this is a great idea, and a 3-second delay is a small price to pay for the feature.. if you don't touch the keyboard, it boots like normal. Love it.. please include it in the next release of PMX, or perhaps a 'global' checkbox in the GUI to enable/disable this feature.

problem: shut down Proxmox (which shuts down containers via "vzctl stop 103 --fast") and the box will crash with a kernel hang. if you ssh/vzctl in, and shutdown the container (either with a shutdown -h now inside the container, or a NON-fast stop from the pmx CLI), then shutdown the box, no...

It doesn't recurse directories within template/iso however... everything must be in that root dir... no folders within ISO... pity
