I'd like to see a backup option to dump straight to an S3 bucket. But I think we need to have incremental backups in proxmox first otherwise a full backup everytime will start consuming mega amounts of space.

Thanks! So this means my thoughts were correct. My first step would be to configure an iSCSI initiator from the GUI for EVERY path to the SAN. Mine has 4, so I would configure iSCSI in the GUI 4 times, each with the different path to the SAN? Tom

What? The iSCSI MPIO guide itself says that before configuring the MPIO, you must add the iSCSI in via the GUI. https://pve.proxmox.com/wiki/ISCSI_Multipath

Agreed. This all depends what sort of 'thin client' environment you are running. Are they totally thin as in no desktop OS onboard and just boot an embedded OS that connects to your VDI servers, or are they running full desktop OS's and just open a connection to your VM's such as VNC or RDP etc...
