    What is your OSD pool default size? The min? If you shut off a node, what is the status of Ceph?

    I noticed this same BSOD with Windows 2008 R2 when using Proxmox 4.1 within a virtual environment (ie: Oracle VirtualBox). Once Proxmox 4.1 was installed on an actual server/workstation, it was fine.

    I believe I got the laptop installation to work by using the cdrom. Booting from a USB stick would not work.

    It may be a bios setting. Did you adjust any settings? Also, I had issues installing version 4 on 2 laptops. It worked fine on 5 physical servers. Virtual Box 5 worked fine also.
