So I’m running two cloud init Ubuntu VM’s, to ssh from VM 1 to VM 2, do I need to have the private key of VM 1 on VM 2? As I’ve already got my windows ssh key imported on VM 1 & 2 so connecting to ssh through my windows works fine. Its just I want to ssh into vm 2 from vm 1, I hope that makes sense

Hello I don’t get email notifications from my proxmox server I ran a notification test and checked system logs and the following shows:

is it hard to put in custom cloudinit? is it not as simple as enter username and password in the cloudinit settings? and enable passwordauthentication in ssh config?

I'm still having the same problem. when I run the first command u sent "sshd -T|grep -i pass" I get the outcome: sshd: no hostkeys available -- exiting.
