    i run dockers on LXC without issues with the updates, i even have a cronjob that run every week to run apt dist-upgrade every week on host and all running LXCs and they are fine and never fail for years!, the mess would be when you want to upgrade form older version of the distro to a newer one...

    i think is better to wait for 6.12... is a main 6.11 kernel issues (check other distro problems with idrac and kernel 6.11), i think the proble come because (on my r420 server) the video memory is shared with idrac.

    check if you iDrac is working, to do this you should go to the uefi or bios, setup the remote access and then try to log in into iDrac with the IP that you give to the iDrac..., note that you maybe need to use IE explorer to do this.

    ok, i test it with windows guest OS, same issue. There severals issues when proxmox try to take control over the USB device aghain.

    i will test for a while on a windows 10 LTSC VM. This happend on a VM with Debian 12 with USB PASSTHROUGHT, passing the "USB port" or the "USB device" make no difference.
