I have an upgrade gone bad... the server crashed after a dist upgrade... and the only way I can get the pool to mount is in the previous version in the Grub trying to copy off the read only data from there fails... :/

any time I try to do anything with a zpool or zfs command the session stops responding.... I can start another ssh session...

How did you copy the data out after mounting Read only?-

At this point I would just like to be able to recover my data from my VMS... and rebuild... is that possible?

I can load under version 5.0.21-5 and import the pool in read only... am I just not waiting long enough?

I left it going overnight.... 8 Hours... and it did not load... :/

Mine is doing the same thing... but I waited over 8 hours... this is after a recent upgrade... I can boot into previous version, but can import the zpool in READ ONLY

UPDATE... My file server VM crashed... Then I rebooted proxmox server .... and now this.... The pool will not import.....

every time I try to scrub the zpool ... or get history on the zpool or export the zpool...the server seems to hang... and I have to reboot
