I had the same issue. In our lab we had to shutdown everything due to a power outage. I could only solve this problem by turning on the last node turned off first. After that I turned on the other nodes and everything worked fine.

I´m also trying this kernel now...since I use KVM only...and I also noticed little performance degration since I migrated from 1.9 to 2.1...we will see...

Hi guys, I just read in a thread here, that ionice(vzdump) and other features of proxmox are only working well with the cfq-scheduler. But the drbd-wiki tell me, that drbd-devices should be set up with the deadline-scheduler and other tweaks. What is the best-practise ? thx macday

Hi, I have also deployed many fileservers on proxmox. My suggestion is Debian Squeeze VM (all virtio) SerNet Samba Repository and a customised smb.conf. I also tried BTRFS but it is far away from stable. For snapshots use LVM2 + XFS. IHMO it is the best combo. cheers macday

Thank you Marco, I understood the need of 3 nodes for the HA/Fencing...but do I need the quorum via ISCSI (centos virtual machine on the 3rd node) or does it help to have only 3 nodes without the ISCSI-stuff. Thanks best regards Marco(...too)

Hi Proxmox-Team, I have a question. Why do I need a quorum if I have a 3-Node-Cluster where only on 2 Nodes are KVM´s (upon DRBD) and the 3rd Node ist just for Management (Multicast corosync and HA). Thanks guys macday
