    I think your error is related to "recovery required on read-only device." requires a journal recovery. hmm

    I hope someone can help. Maybe a Beelink BIOS upgrade? Did you try slowing the memory / cpu speed just as an experiment?

    6.8 is the default kernel on the V8 series maybe try that, you should be able to see it in boot screen?

    I see you are using the opt in 6.14 did you try the 6.8 or does that not work?

    Try an ubuntu VM same thing?

    You can reserve the IP on your router so it stays the same that's one option if you want to stick with all DHCP that works too.

    What prefix is your asus router giving you at home. if its .home or .lan use that pve1.lan is fine It's easy to change the hostname later. PS. I personally use a fixed static server IP for my pvx servers but that's me. ie: 192.168.2.10 depends on your DHCP pool.

    I usually let it run for a min 4 passes. But if its crashing that fast it would probably show up fast.

    Did you run a full memtest you can run it on the proxmox install USB.

    What's your CPU and host type? Try host type x86-64-AES-v2 or v3
