Is it possible to use a part of the Host-Filesystem (a ZFS Dataset, or a Directory) in the Guest? I would like to have my Data directly on the Host with ZoL, but would like to make the File Server Management (CIFS, AFP, NFS, Time Machine, DLNA, etc.) via a VM, for example OpenMediaVault...

Can someone say something here?

I make some Tests with PCIe passthrough (vfio). Should the Device not be back at the Host again after shutdown of the VM? "dmesg" shows only that it is disconnected at Startup.

Solved: With Kernel "pve-kernel-3.10.0-5-pve" andd "pve-kernel-3.10.0-7-pve" it works now.

Some People from the Mailing-List said, that they use SSD in their Pools since 1-2 Years without any Problems. So I'll try that too. For safety, I have limited the Pool with a Quota of 80%.
