Note the name of your first zpool. zpool list Create a zpool on the other node(s) using that same name. zpool create nameOfPool /dev/sd* Mount it and use the Datacenter to add a ZFS. Just a very basic example. The Replication Storage is pretty sweet.

I hope you replaced that /dev/sdf disk. May be failing mechanically. Do you have smart set up on it?

An interesting test would be to copy that file to a single disk on the 10Gbit. The replicas take time and resources.

How many replicas?

How is the performance now that the extra monitors are gone?
