I'm in the process of running memtest86 right now to check for bad memory, once it's done i'll run that comman, hopefully tonight. Less than a week ago i did an "aptitutde update" and an "aptitude full-upgrade" I think it's on kernel 2.6.32-14.

this happens any time i have set intel_iommu=on even if I have no pci devices passed through and the respective vm off, and pci pass through does work. It happens consistently about 15-30 minutes after boot, while watching top i see some system processes on the host start to eat up over 100%...
