OK will do a build for you. Only did it this morning so only been tested on one proxmox install but hopefully should work.. I am on latest proxmox 6 so should hopefully work for you.

I have created a small windows command line app (.net) that achieves the same result if anyone wants it. I can put the code on github or provide a built exe.
