I just resized my thin pool this way. Execute this on all nodes to add 200G of space:
# lvextend -L +200G /dev/drbdpool/drbdthinpool
# drbdmanage update-pool
# drbdmanage list-free-space 2
You may need to extend the pools metadata size. Check "Allocated metadata":

Maybe I did not understand the new concept of DRBD9. If I understand correctly then the virtual machine images are created as resources so every disk image is replicated. That means that we do not need a big DRBD device that is replicated and dual primary.

It seems that you do not have any Proxmox VE sources in your /etc/sources.list or /etc/sources.list.d/
Make sure all file names in /etc/sources.list.d/ end with ".list". If this does not help, add the right repository:
