Hello Wolfgang, i fixed the issue after 8 hours, this was not proxmox related. The IPfire Appliance configured tc rules. QOS was enabled and disabled once. The TC Rules are not disabled correctly after this. I think this is a bug in the ipfire. Thanks anyways.
