When restoring a CT from a backup, we have the possibility to select the Unique option which generate unique properties like MAC address. It would be useful to have this option when cloning a CT from a snapshot.

This will result in some downtime but it's the recommended way if you don't have shared storage.

Had the issue again today when upgrading to v6. Had to boot to live CD, import pool, scrub and export to finally boot the system. Once the system booted, the zfs upgrade broke it again so I had to do it all over again a second time.

The following procedure allowed me to boot but the next zfs upgrade will break grub again and you will need to do it all again
