    Moving VMs to new storage?

Is snapshot the proper method to use for the backups in my case? Additionally, My unRAID VM that has no virtual disks assigned, it has a USB key (boot volume) and my SAS controllers passed through to it. Do I need to do anything special for it?

Somewhere in my apartment I have an 8GB thumb drive but all I can find now is a 4GB drive. Is 4GB enough space or do I need to find my 8GB drive? My VMs...
