Tried again and no go. I am located near Chicago, IL, USA. It does seem to work from another of my locations. A traceroute stops at my upstream, so I'll put in a ticket with them.

I had a motherboard that had compatibility issues with a RAID card I purchased, but I had installed ProxMox anyway. I swapped in a new motherboard (same manufacturer, same chipset series, I believe). ifconfig shows the IP address assigned to an interface, but I can't ping anywhere.
