Palo Alto VM FW fails to figure out UUID+CPUID for license serial numbering

I just installed a PA VM series 10.2.1 instance on Prox 7.2.1 (both the latest as of now). Was able to activate and register fine. I was able to download and apply all the patches. This is running in my lab so don't have HA setup and not much traffic, so can't say much about production...
