    Yes, I did that here I forgot to mention. My PC, RasPi, and Proxmox computer all have dedicated IPs now. Still no access on the web GUI. Edit: I just reset my Proxmox machine after backing it up via WinSCP, and I don't need this post anymore.

    Ok, so I turned the setting off on my modem and now I can ssh and transfer files to my Proxmox machine! However, I still can't access the web interface in my browser. I think from here I'll just back it up now that I'm able to access files through 192.168.0.200.

    Alright, so I have tried changing to multiple other IPs in /etc/hosts and /etc/network/interfaces. I also tried switching to 192.168.0.254. This ended up being the gateway of my modem for file sharing, so what I did was change it to either 192.168.0.250 or 192.168.0.251 the next reboot it...

    Yes, it is shown on the modem as the same ipv6 and same mac address, but different ipv4 addresses.
