Very low IOPS in a freebsd VM

Hello everyone. I'm new here. I have a Proxmox Server running an FreeBSD 13.0 instance, but I am facing a very low IOPS for the system. All disks are SSD, the ZFS pool is setup to mirror the 2 existing disks. I have tried to disable sync and change compression to LZ4. The IO delay goes extremely...
