Can't get hardware acceleration working with Intel Graphics passthrough on Debian VM

Proxmox boot order is overridden automatically
I am trying to boot from a kernel I signed myself so I can use Secure Boot. I tested it on Debian 11 and it worked, so I figured it will work on Proxmox too. I change the boot order with efibootmgr and boot to an EFI stub. However on Proxmox, something is overriding the boot order and it won't...- bugsdabunny
