I had the exact same problem and I hope I can ask you something.
I'm running a PM 2.x cluster and am not a programmer or full fledged sysadmin.
I edited the Tools.pm file and that solved the problem.
However you also mention pvemanagerlib.js
Is it necessary to also edit this file or could I just leave it as is since everything is working fine?
I'd rather mess around as little as possible because I can only copy instructions but don't want to run into trouble because I edited one file and it gets out of sync with the other....
