VMware OVA Appliances on Proxmox !

Hello Everyone,

Has anyone tried VMware OVA appliances on Proxmox?

Will VMware-specific OVA appliances work on Proxmox or are there compatibility issues ?

I'd appreciate it if anyone can share their experience or any workarounds they have found.

Normally you can import them, that said, they might have been built with VMXNET3 and pvscsi so you will have to tackle that.

you can also use the vmware pvscsi option to emulate there scsi controller to so the VM should not know its running on KVM in proxmox rather than VMware
