How to mark a delivered email as spam?

Previously, I used Barracuda Email Gateway, where I could view all received email lists and mark spam emails by clicking the "Mark Email as Spam" button. In PMG, there is "pmgMailTracker", but I cannot perform any operations on it. Only in "pmgSpamQuarantine" can I perform delivery and whitelist operations.

I have the same question. I can move emails from the quarantine to the whitelist or blacklist, but this only seems to work per user and not globally. I also cannot find a mechanism to block emails that were already accepted by PMG.

It would be great if users could forward suspicious emails to the mail gateway (for example, spam@domain.tld). If the forwarded email is valid (meaning the user actually received that email), PMG could automatically add the sender to a spamlist ... either for that specific user or globally.

This would make spam handling much easier, similar to how other mail gateways handle user-reported spam.
