Mac OS Tahoe and remote sessions on Proxmox without GPU

Hello,
we have a cluster with huawei servers without GPU and I cannot find a way to connect to the machines with Tahoe,
In the past with Sonoma it works with VNC without problems. Now sometimes I've black screen, or for example rustdesk crash running on mac.
I've tried:
-screen sharing
-anydesk
-nomachine
-rustdesk
and others that I don't remember at the moment.

The only way it's to work on console via noVNC -.-

Has anybody any idea? Or it's impossible (but why with sonoma works in the past?)

Chrome Remote Desktop is working fine.

Chrome remote desktop it's not the best solution for us (for security reasons) and then I've no found any alternative
At the moment I'll connect directly via console
Do you know if there is a way to enable the clipboard?
