My global whitelist includes records with the sender domain "abc.com", but PMG still keeps rejecting emails from redmin@abc.com as spam. Have I done something wrong?

please share the logs for such a mail - also keep in mind that PMG has different lists of welcome/block lists:

and that you need to have the rules-priorities in the proper order so that your global welcome-list is applied before a mail is put in quarantine (the logs show which rule caused the rejected mail)
