That should not be required asYou are missing some directives in thevmbr0_vlan100andvmbr0_vlan48sections respectively. When configuring an IPv4 address you need to addinet static- when configuring no IP addressinet manualis required. Analogous for IPv6, but withinet6instead ofinet.
