Hello,
Regarding the '' High-Availability is allowed in combination with storage replication," Is it feasible to establish an automated HA configuration with a two-node cluster and a separate Qdevice setup for VM storage replication?

Yes!

While ZFS replication is not "shared" in the classic sense, it qualifies for this use case. Of course you lose the data from the last replication point-in-time to now. If that's acceptable depends heavily on your use case. In my homelab I am fine with it. For most commercial setups it is just a strict no-go!

I had played with Ceph and came to the conclusion that it would need five (or more) nodes to fulfill my requirements: https://forum.proxmox.com/threads/fabu-can-i-use-ceph-in-a-_very_-small-cluster.159671/
