HA migration time

We are using a Proxmox cluster with Ceph.
With the default settings, after a node is powered off, HA moves the VM to a healthy node within one minute, but the VM only starts after six minutes.
Is it possible to reduce this delay?

this is strange, the vm should be started directly after the move. You don't have added start delay in vm options ?

have less vms move. the cluster manager will not do all operations concurrently.

how many nodes do you have? Does Ceph need to do rebalancing when this happens? How much load is there?

We have 5 nodes.
We enabled PG Autoscaler mode. Now the VM starts up in 1 minute.
But is it possible to configure the time after which the VM migrates from a node that has been shut down? Even the current delay is too long for us

If it's a planned shutdown, see: https://pve.proxmox.com/pve-docs/chapter-ha-manager.html#ha_manager_node_maintenance
For failures, fencing does only kick in after a minute, to be sure that a node is really not reachable anymore and not just a transient issue.
