Trim best practices - Ceph/NVME-OSDs

Hi,

What are the best practices on PVE for Trim on a 3x server Ceph all-nvme-OSD setup?

Enterprise drives should not need manual trim so I never looked into it. However, I always trim the guests, but mainly due to thin provisioning reasons (discard).
