use of interfaces.d dir to structure the network config

I like the idea of using the interfaces.d dir to structure and separate the different networks in proxmox from each other.
But the interfaces.d dir isnt used from proxmox for anything. even the existing and running interfaces are not used for e.g. ceph configuration dialogs for public and cluster network.
I do have three extra files created one for mgmt ... where I have to interfaces definited to reach out the proxmox hosts for mgmt.
and one for ceph (cluster and public net) and finally the prox migration and cluster communication (migration and corosync bckup).

sdn config is obviously stored in the sdn file but the content of my files isnt available in the proxmox gui or api calls.

I would vote for at least using the content for configuraion of the cluster and ceph cluster dialogs....


To be clear ... All configuration is working probably just the use for configuration and presentation isnt done.
