Hi,
I have a feeling that this is really a Debian question, but I am trying to make this work in Proxmox.
I have a three node cluster with a shared storage "NAS" and a separate Proxmox Backup machine.
The cluster runs on Supermicro X11SSH-LN4Fs. I want to change the storage arrangements so I decided to add three NVME drives to the PCIE slots of the X11s.
Two in slot 5 which you can bifurcate (x8 in x8) and one in slot 6 (x8 in x16) which you can't.
Using lspci I can see all 3 "Memory Controllers" each has it's own "slot", however only two show up in fdisk or Disks in Proxmox.
By a process of elimination I have found it is the second drive in slot 5 which doesn't show up.
Anyone used bifurcation on a X11SSH-LN4F??
