I have a VM Windows 10, there are only 2 applications running, but suddenly the CPU usage is high, and makes the VM inaccessible, it must be stopped

To help, more information is required. Was the CPU usage high during the installation? What was happening when the usage skyrocketed? The best practices may help, but that doesn't really solve the problem you are experiencing.
