Could you please share the VM config and the syslog during the VM start to see if there is anything interesting? What the VM OS Linux or Windows?

Okay now could you temporary disable the `split lock` in your Proxmox VE host [0] and see if that fix the issue? Since I see the following in the syslog you've provided when you start the VM:

Code:
Feb 12 15:40:02 proxmox pvedaemon[90429]: <root@pam> end task UPID:proxmox:0001AA58:00180511:67AC8891:qmstart:105:root@pam: OK
Feb 12 15:40:02 proxmox kernel: x86/split lock detection: #AC: CPU 3/KVM/109297 took a split_lock trap at address: 0x7eefd050
Feb 12 15:40:02 proxmox kernel: x86/split lock detection: #AC: CPU 1/KVM/109295 took a split_lock trap at address: 0x7eefd050
Feb 12 15:40:02 proxmox kernel: x86/split lock detection: #AC: CPU 5/KVM/109299 took a split_lock trap at address: 0x7eefd050
Feb 12 15:40:02 proxmox kernel: x86/split lock detection: #AC: CPU 4/KVM/109298 took a split_lock trap at address: 0x7eefd050

You can do that as the wiki meniotned:

Bash:
echo "kernel.split_lock_mitigate=0" > /etc/sysctl.d/50-split-lock.conf

Feb 12 16:49:04 proxmox kernel: x86/split lock detection: #AC: CPU 0/KVM/2784 took a split_lock trap at address: 0xfffff800641846f3
I did turned off the split lock but still this issue consists and also could it be an issue of CPU as I'm using i9 14900K
