Sata PCI passthrough issues ....

It looks like pm (Power Management, maybe?) and bus. Have you tried pm instead of bus?
If both don't work, and you cannot find anyone on the internet with a work-around for this specific device, then I suggest you get a different SATA controller that is known to work with passthrough. There are several threads on this forum about SATA controllers that don't work and about people buying ones that do work.

pm also doesn't work...strange,
everything was working 100% before i attempted the controller passthrough.

I will reload proxmox tonight not sure what else to do...i see someone suggested adding iommu=pt but i already have that and it doesn't work

let me maybe remove it.

Confirmed , my hard drives are being recognized now (After reinstalling the OS)
not gonna attempt SATA controller passthrough again (at least for now...)....
