Migrate VMs from down server

Maybe this is a feature request, but if I have all my VMs on shared storage, and one of the hosts goes down, I would think i should be able to "migrate" the downed VMs to a working host.
Obviously, it would be recovering from the last saved state on the shared storage or whatever.
I guess technically I could somehow override this, or restore to the new host from a backup file.
Just seems weird I can't do this from the gui.

This is dangerous, because one needs to make sure that the other node is really down (as opposed to a network problem). But you can use the HA stack to automate such things.
