Can you please post the output from `ifconfig` you may have to force your mac on to the bridged interface.

After a little research I found out that it is just a must for postmap, this is because it is set as a hashmap and according to the postmap docs (and standards) you need to have a key and a value. It doesn't necessarily have to be an important value, as long as it exists.

Hmmm, you could consider doubling your MTU. What model router / switch do you use in order to connect the servers with each other?

How much RAM do you have left after allocating to VMs? How many cores do you reserve? Ceph is very CPU dependent/intensive. What disks do you use exactly?

What are your hardware specifications? Could you explain your message a bit better, I cannot understand it too well...
