could you be more specific what you mean with "there's been some development on the kernel side that should make this a lot easier and more robust recently."? Especiall do you mean on proxmoxs kernel site or general linux, i have many problems with that, because of that i asked :)

The Problem is, i wanted to do thatt too a moment ago BUT proxmox just provides smartctl 7.3 and the -l farm option i getting into smartctl in version 7.4.... so i would really like to see that proxmox provides these version...

Hi Victor, I'm aware of it, that it's not a minor change and will take some time to get developed, but I believe it's the correct direction where it should go and would make proxmox mutch more resiliant and performant. Maybe it would also be possible to save specific config and application...

Also s geht immer noch nicht :/ was ich gemacht habe: 1. system mit debian neu installiert mit einem 500mb boot speicher + 80GB encrypted (lvm mit 3 logischen volumen davon einmal swap und einmal root und einem nicht vergeben) 2. deutsch installiert mit ftp.de..... als paket quelle angegeben 3...

So, ich habe das system eben nochmal neu aufgesetzt, den ganzen prozess durchgenommen, eine statische ipadresse vestgelegt. Die Statische ip adresse wird auch angezeigt wenn ich ifconfig mache. Habe nur immernoch den fehler 1 während der installation... output vom ersten befehl (systemctl....)...

Ich denke ich habe es richtig bearbeitet... interessanter weiße komme ich nur per 192.168.1.37 drauf... hatte aber bei der Installation von proxmox außerversehen den dhcp mit aktiviert... vielleicht auch da eine idee wieso es nicht bei der richtigen ip ist? output von ifconfig:
