    Thomas, thanks for looking into it. I am not sure how to find out with which qemu version my windows vm's were installed initially. I would say it was about 5 years when I converted them from bare metal. Happy to give you one vm backup if you need it for testing. Will do more upgrades soon on a...

    Lada, still running XP... :cool: Stefan, thanks for looking into it. As I understand, there is nothing one can really do about it other than re-applying network settings. For me it is ok, but the fact that this comes as a surprise was not very nice.
