Fixed issue, it depends on wrong /etc/hosts file, so I edited it according to docs https://pve.proxmox.com/wiki/Install_Proxmox_VE_on_Debian_Stretch#Add_an_.2Fetc.2Fhosts_entry_for_your_IP_address set my static IP and hostname to separated line

After upgrading to minor 5.4 version and restarting, proxmox works only by ssh, stopped working gui interface on 8006 port (timeout by curl -vvv https://localhost:8006 https://pastebin.com/0pEt8115) and some hypervisor functions are not available (full list here), example, root@node-0:~# qm...
