Unfortunately that's not possible, because I use a Dell Wyse Client with only 4 GB of internal storage (eMMC). I already added a 128GB NVME drive additionaly, maybe it is possible to shift some data to the nvme?

That's why I bought this SSD second hand. The seller said he just checked SMART status, which was / is still ok

yes, but I had the same problem. I even tried to install a new FW, but the process never proceeded due to connection problems. I never experienced such a strange behaviour, especially with a drive that has good SMART values.
