    Check your /etc/hosts and /etc/network/interfaces. Please note that Proxmox does not support DHCP out of the box and it's best to use a static IP address outside the DHCP-range of the router.

    I don't do that often but that looks correct to me and the second command shouldn't be needed. ZFS should be smart enough to know which disk is already part of the pool :)

    Ich halte das gern simpler, da gibts bei Umgebungen wo es kein oder schlechtes Monitoring gibt, einfach ein Quota auf X TB auf dem Pool. Bei manchen 80% oder auch mal 95%. Ist immer Umgebungsabhängig.

    That's "old behavior", running up to version 8.4 Upgrade to a current version (read: 9.x) and the information shown should get updated on every boot.
