Genau dafür sind ZFS Snapshots super. Das Märchen „ZFS killt meine SSD“ wird nicht wahrer mit ständiger Wiederholung. Ein QCOW auf LVM kann genausogut mehr write amplification aufweisen als eine ZFS RAW.

Okay. Soweit ist wieder alles im Lot. Der "alte" Kernel ist gepinnt, Ich muss das Upgrade auf 9.1 nochmal in einer Woche probieren. Dann stehe ich daneben und kann ggf. eingreifen.

don't forget to re-enable it, because without Windows snapshot, copied data isn't consistent ( Windows may not boot because registry corrupt, sql doesn't start because data corrupt)
