That is correct. We do not want that confusion at all so we contacted the .com owner so they can use those names. We use tuxis.nl. cloud-pbs.com is an other company.

The deletion is as complete as it gets. If PBS removes your data, it is removed from the underlying ZFS filesystem. We are not doing snapshots or replication to other machines.

Currently, creating free PBS accounts is not possible and sometimes paid to for non German customers. We are running into some performance issues and we have to expand space. I hope you understand that we have to make sure that the performance good, even for free accounts. We will keep you...

Hi there, you do not need to specify port 8007 behind the server name. Perhaps try the @PBS without capital letters, the error 500 seems to indicate either your username or password might not be correct. If you're having troubles adding this datastore, please send us an email at info@tuxis.nl...

We are making some finishing touches to the import script so we can do this in bulk, but manual imports are possible at the time of this writing. Hit us up via our support e-mail with your customer ID in the message and let us know you wish to have your PBS imported into the new Portal. Br, Richard
