Hi, just wanted to report that I ran into same issue, tried disabling TPM (but thought that was odd as my other identical nodes had it enabled) and it didn't work. I realized that I did install via Ventoy Grub2, I reinstalled via Ventoy's "Normal mode" and everything is working. Thank you!!
